  advocates to shed light on the ramifications of sexual violence in our co
 mmunity and are hoping to have as many people as possible at this event! O
 ur heart behind this walk is to show survivors of sexual violence in our c
 ommunity that they have the support of Lincoln behind them. That collectiv
 ely\, their stories are believed and that whether they've taken the step t
 o speak publicly about their experience or not\, they are supported. We kn
 ow first hand that sexual violence is a major link to trafficking and our 
 hope it to show survivors of sexual violence that there is a community of 
 support behind them.
