 s you to our discussion on Transition Services for Justice-Involved Youth 
 and Young Adults with Disabilities. Our goal is to better understand the l
 ived experience of justice-involved youth\, and how that intersectional ex
 perience uniquely impacts access to employment\, education\, and more. We 
 also seek to learn about the supports and services provided for this popul
 ation by practitioners\, policymakers\, and community leaders. \n\nThe dis
 cussion takes place over a virtual session on Monday\, November 15 from 1:
 00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST\, and will be divided into two sessions. \n\nSess
 ion 1 (1pm-2pm) will involve an introduction by each participant on their 
 organization\, goals\, services provided\, and policies enacted. \n\nSessi
 on 2 (2pm-3pm) will involve a discussion on challenges\, opportunities\, a
 nd successful programs in the areas of skills development\, education\, an
 d post-incarceration. A more detailed agenda will be out before the event.
  \n\nSpecifically\, we have invited stakeholders who work with justice-inv
 olved youth with disabilities in the following areas: \n1.	Skills Developme
