Bailey Herman

Bailey Herman, a stay-at-home mom of two boys, joined the Nebraska Children’s Youth Advisory Board in 2025. Originally from Falls City, she now lives in Fairbury, Nebraska. 

With personal experience in the Nebraska foster care system, Bailey is passionate about being a voice for youth navigating similar challenges. She has shared her story on webinar panels and is actively involved in several initiatives, including Thriving Families, Safer Children; Pregnant and Parenting; and the Southeast Nebraska Youth Collaborative.
