Kyaire Tanner
Kyaire Tanner was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended Omaha Northwest High School before moving to Arizona. Kyaire returned to Nebraska for better opportunities. She will be attending the University of Houston, Texas for architecture. Kyaire has wanted to be an architect since she was 11, when she loved math and drawing.
Kyaire wanted to get involved with the Youth Advisory Board after hearing about our mission statement, and hearing about bettering the lives of children and families. She wanted to be a voice and advocate for other children who are in need, and to speak for those in ways she wished someone could have advocated for her.
She enjoys singing, art, and poetry. Kyaire’s favorite musician is Michael Jackson. Her great-grandfather was a known artist, and she grew up watching his skills and crafts, which inspired her artistic desires as well as her future career path. She spends her free time volunteering at the Heart Ministry Center, to give back to her community and build connections and network.
